    First time, wanted to try a new spot. So good. Definitely no frills and authentic. But that's what I liked. And the salmon cuts for nigiri and rolls were thick! Very good. Garlic edamame was great. Also prices are very good. Edamame, 2 big rolls, 1 vegi roll custom for my wife with up charges, and nigiri for $50.

    We ordered baked salmon bento box with a side of spicy teriyaki sauce, half size spicy tonkotsu ramen, protein roll, karage chicken. The winner was 200% the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The broth was thick and savory. The noodles were al dente and every bite was perfect. I would def come back for the full size! The bento box was filled up and worth the price! I love that we got gyoza and tempura veggies. AND it came with a drink.

    We came on a Saturday afternoon. No waiting. Staff was friendly. We got a couple of bento boxes (teriyaki salmon and chicken karaage), tonkotsu ramen, tempura udon, tanuki ramen, and some sushi rolls. Even though we ordered quite a bit of food, it all came quickly and we cleared our plates. Sodas came in cans and were included with the bento boxes. For the quality and quantity of food we had, this was a good deal. I was a little wary since we were the only ones in the restaurant, but other groups quickly came in to dine and business picked up. It was still pretty quiet regardless, with nice Japanese style music playing in the background. Definitely worth a visit/revisit.
